Printing and finishes: All jobs are printed on an Océ Colorado 1640 using UV Gel printing technology. This technology extends the longevity of the ink and provides a smoother & a higher quality print when compared to latex printing! Please note, the UV Gel Printing provides a gloss finish. All jobs will be finished on our a Zund Digital Cutter, except Cut to Size jobs between 75x75mm to 300x300mm which are finished on our guillotines. Our Monomeric Gloss is the most economical SAV stock! With up to a 3 year life span, it’s perfect for short term use, like bumper stickers etc.
Polymeric Gloss or Matt: Our Polymeric Stock is our most popular stock and available in either Matt or Gloss. With up to a 5 year lifespan this vinyl is perfect for your longer lasting messages.
Long Lasting Polymeric Industrial Grade/Hi Tac: With a 7 year life span and a low shrink adhesive, this vinyl is perfect for Wheelie bins & Industrial Labels and is even suited to adhere to slightly textured substrates, such as tile, brick & and concrete. This vinyl is fire certified under ASTM E-84.
Gloss Adhesive Paper: Our high quality stickers are printed on self-adhesive gloss stock for a polished and professional presentation, without spending a fortune.
